With over 20 years’ experience as a property professional. I bring a strong foundation in supporting people through change and transition. I am an Associate (AIRPM) with The Property Institute (TPI), reflecting my commitment to professionalism, trust and high standards. Values I carry into my work supporting women through menopause.

Earlier in my career, while working within a housing association, I was the dedicated Domestic Violence Lead. I attended MARAC meetings alongside multi-agency professionals, supporting women affected by domestic abuse. I was honoured to receive an award from South Gloucestershire Council in recognition of my work helping women rebuild their lives.
These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of how life’s challenges can impact confidence, wellbeing, and identity. Insight that now underpins my compassionate approach to supporting women through menopause.

I am a confident and engaging public speaker, passionate about opening up honest conversations around menopause. My sessions are designed for everyone. Not just those experiencing menopause, but also colleagues, partners, friends, and employers. My sessions help to build understanding, empathy and support.
I create a warm, approachable environment where people feel comfortable to learn, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.

As a former Mental Health Champion. I developed a strong passion for supporting emotional wellbeing and encouraging open, honest conversations. This experience shapes my approach to menopause, recognising the close link between mental health, confidence and life transitions.
Today, I combine this experience with specialist menopause awareness training and lived experience to help organisations create supportive workplaces.
